Abbeville knocked Ware Shoals from the ranks of the undefeated with a road win at Ware Shoals. The win earned Abbeville the Region championship.
The Bulldogs lost to Mauldin earlier in the season, but got the playoff win when they scored in the last minute to advance to the second round of the 5A playoffs.
The Patriots from Powdersville held off Emerald for a 45-44 win.
